Ian Blake, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, CIDN is the founder of Physical Therapy of Tulsa and has been helping patients recover from injury, surgery, and pain since 1999. He began his career as a Physical Therapist Assistant before earning his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2004 and earning Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2007. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through Evidence In Motion in 2018.

Ian specializes in spine rehabilitation and orthopedic conditions, with additional expertise in post-operative recovery, sports and recreational injuries, work-related injuries, balance and gait impairments, and degenerative joint conditions. He has extensive experience treating patients ranging from competitive athletes to individuals seeking to return to normal daily activities without pain or limitation.

Throughout his career, Ian has pursued advanced training in manual therapy, movement analysis, exercise prescription, Certified Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN), and the treatment of complex orthopedic conditions. He is committed to combining evidence-based practice with individualized patient care to help each patient achieve the best possible outcome.

In addition to treating patients, Ian has served as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and has worked with multiple universities and professional organizations to support the development of future clinicians. He remains dedicated to advancing the profession and providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the Tulsa community.
