For patients

Everything you need before your visit.

A full hour to build your plan, and a dedicated team to see it through. Below is what to bring, what to expect, and the insurance we accept.

New patients

Your first visit, made simple.

Oklahoma is a direct-access state, which means you can come straight to PT for evaluation and up to 30 days of treatment without a physician referral. If you have a referring provider, we'll coordinate with them; if not, we'll get started anyway.

Plan to arrive about 30 minutes early on your first visit so we have time to review paperwork together.
