Physical Therapy Of Tulsa is locally owned, clinician-led, and obsessed with the work. Real mentorship, room to practice the way you trained, and a schedule that respects your life outside the clinic.
Most clinics rotate three patients an hour. We don't. From your first evaluation through your last visit, you work directly with a team of specialists who design and implement your plan
01
A plan built right, then carried through
Your evaluation is a full, one-on-one hour to get your plan right. From there, a dedicated care team gives you the individualized attention to see it through.
02
Hands-on manual therapy
Manual therapy, dry needling, Graston, and movement coaching — an integrated approach tailored to the patient, not a protocol.
03
Outcomes you can measure
We track functional outcomes from intake to discharge so you and your physician can see real progress.
04
Direct access in Oklahoma
Skip the referral. In most situations, Oklahomans can come straight to PT for evaluation and treatment up to 30 days.
Our therapists bring deep clinical experience, diverse expertise, and a shared commitment to doing great work. Many have been with us 10+ years, creating continuity for our patients and a strong foundation for clinicians joining the team to learn, collaborate, and grow.

◆ From our team
Why our therapists chose us — and stayed.
“
Time flies when you're having fun" really is true here. PTOT is a place where I get to come to work, have great conversations, laugh—a lot—occasionally dance to whatever Spotify playlist we're debating that day, and, most importantly, build genuine connections with the people I have the privilege of caring for.
Physical therapy can be both mentally and physically demanding, but I'm grateful to be part of a team that makes those challenges feel lighter. Nine years later, I still look forward to coming to work, and I don't take that for granted.

“
Before joining this team, I worked as a travel physical therapist, which gave me the opportunity to experience many different clinics and work with many different people. I’m grateful for those experiences because they helped me recognize just how special this clinic truly is.
From my first day, I felt welcomed. My coworkers have become people I trust, laugh with, and genuinely enjoy spending my days alongside. I’m grateful to have found a place where I can continue to learn and grow, while always feeling challenged and inspired to be the best physical therapist I can be.

I have been fortunate to work at Physical Therapy of Tulsa for the past 14 years, and it has truly been a rewarding experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the incredible group of coworkers who make every day enjoyable. The atmosphere is fun, positive, and welcoming, creating a great place to work. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy getting to know and helping the people we treat in the clinic.
